  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Estimated delivery times will also be provided at checkout.

  • No Returns Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to assist with any issues.

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. Email us at info@nourishskinandwellness.com with your order number, photos of the damaged product, and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the situation and work with you to find a solution.
